HopeThis little girl was almost dead when seized by animal control officers. We named her Hope, rushed her to the Vet. It took 2 months of care to get her well. Hope, 2 months later, was the picture of health. She was later adopted by a Vet Tech, at Dr Angel's Animal Hospital

SocksSocks was left to die with her puppies, tied up to a tree in a back yard with no food or water. After taking her to the vet, it took her 3 weeks to be able to lift her back legs. She was home for more than a year until I found her the best home ever, my neighbors. Sadly, her puppies did not make it.

MimiThis girl was found dying in the Conroe country side. She was taken to the Shelter like this (Before) . We took her immediately to our Vet. She had mange, was emaciated. It took us 2 months to get her back to health. When her hair grew back, we realized she was a Beagle! Mimi is now in a loving for ever home.

NenaNena, was seen News Year's Day, wandering around with a boxer, Lola. FMCTAS was contacted 2 weeks later. We fostered, vetted them and Nena was adopted to an adorable family! She got a pink collar, blanket, and tag.

GypsyGypsy was found as a stray and was picked up by MCAS. She entered the shelter with signs of extreme abuse. Friends of Montgomery County Texas Animal Shelter (FMCTAS) saw this beauty broken and absolutely terrified. They pulled her from the shelter and nursed her back to health.

Terri3 month old , very ill at the shelter, was vetted and fostered for 1 year, he almost didn't make it . He is so happy now.
Back to owners!This old girl was found wondering the streets . FMCTAS vetted her. She was healthy, about 10 years old and was wearing a rusty tag . We where able to trace it back to her owners.

Itti BittyItti Bitty was born at the shelter. We took the mother and 6 puppies to the vet. All had parvo, mange and the oldest puppy, Bear, had distemper. They all survived, after FMCTAS hospitalized them.

LillyCatahoula mix stray mom had her puppies inside an industrial pipe in the middle of winter. Shelter volunteer Ann brought them to us. We spayed/neutered the pups and found them homes. Lilly was so traumatized and in rough shape, we had to foster her for 8 months. She is in a loving home now.

ShelbyA bypasser saw her been hit by a car, we took her to 1488 animal clinic for surgery. Dr Jeffrey saved her and cast her back leg. She was eventually adopted by a family that we screened thoroughly. After many follow ups, we lost contact. A year later, a truck driver brought her from another state to the adoption tent. We had to amputate her leg. Cindy, our friend and volunteer adopted her.
